Terms of Service

STZ sells original beats, beat packs, and video editing services to independent artists and creators. Nothing on this site is affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform, PRO, or record label.

You can browse and check out as a guest, or create an account to track orders and re-download files from your dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. STZ never sees or stores your full card number. Prices are listed in USD and charged at the time of purchase. Once a beat or pack purchase is processed, it's delivered instantly — see our Exchange Policy for what happens if something's wrong with an order.

Video services quoted at an hourly or project rate are billed per the terms agreed to directly with STZ before work begins.

Purchasing a beat, pack, or template grants you a license to use it under the terms shown on the product page and at checkout — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content unless you've purchased exclusive rights. Full license terms are explained on our Licensing & Publishing page.

All beats, artwork, site design, and written content on thisisstz.com are the property of STZ unless explicitly transferred to you through an exclusive purchase. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of any unlicensed content from this site.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any beat, stem, or file without the appropriate license
• Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or exploit the site, checkout, or download system
• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe on anyone else's rights
• Submit fraudulent payment information or dispute legitimate charges in bad faith

We rely on third-party providers to run the site and fulfill orders, including Stripe (payments), hosting and database infrastructure, and email delivery for receipts. Your use of the site is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

The site and all content are provided "as is." STZ isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchased content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or your account for violation of these Terms, at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
