When you browse, create an account, or make a purchase, we may collect:

• Order details — items purchased, license type, order history
• Account info — login email and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)

We do not collect or store your full card number. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor.

• To send receipts, order updates, and respond to support requests
• To maintain your account and order history in your dashboard
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
• To improve the site's performance and content

We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

We share limited data only with the providers needed to run the site and fulfill your order:

• Stripe — payment processing (receives what's needed to charge your payment method)
• Our hosting and database providers — to store account, order, and product data securely
• Our email delivery provider — to send receipts and account emails

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect STZ's legal rights.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not use session-recording or replay tools, and we do not load fonts from third-party font hosts (fonts are served from our own domain). You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site (like checkout) may not work correctly without them.

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account — see below.

• Access, correct, or update your account information from your dashboard
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., order records for tax purposes)
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (transactional emails like receipts will still be sent)

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

STZ is not directed at children, and accounts are limited to people 16 or older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for account holders). If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
